Getting Started

  • Create an Account: Sign up with your mobile number or email.
  • Profile Setup: Add your name, photo, and optional ID verification for more trust.
  • Browse Products: Explore rentals and second-hand goods from nearby users.

Renting

  • How to Rent: Choose an item → Check rental price → Request rental.
  • Rental Agreement: Generated automatically with dates, price, and return conditions.
  • Returns: Always return items in the same condition by the agreed date.

Buying & Selling

  • Buying: Make an offer → Seller accepts → Pay securely → Get delivery.
  • Selling: List your item → Add photos, title, and price → Buyers will contact you.
  • Negotiations: Use the “Make an Offer” feature to bargain safely inside the app.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments: All payments are processed securely inside Snout Swap.
  • Refunds: If a transaction fails or is cancelled, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select items in Patna.

Safety & Trust

  • Verified Users: Look for the ✅ badge for verified profiles.
  • Safe Exchange: Never share personal details outside the app.
  • Report Users: If you face issues, use the “Report” button on the profile or product.

How Services Work

SnoutSwap Services helps you book trusted local experts quickly and safely.

  1. Browse categories like Cleaning, Plumbing, Electrician, Tutor, and Beautician.
  2. Compare provider ratings, pricing, and response time before selecting.
  3. Book your preferred date/time and confirm your service address.
  4. Track completion in app and rate the provider after the job.

Common Questions

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Yes, you can cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any charges.

Currently, Snout Swap manages all deliveries within Patna city limits to ensure a secure and reliable experience.
