Delivery & Returns

→ Snout Swap currently manages deliveries within Patna city.

→ Returns/exchanges depend on the seller’s policy. Rentals must always be returned in the same condition.

→ Delivery charges vary by product and distance. Final charges are shown at checkout.

Payments & Refunds

→ UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected items.

→ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

→ Yes ✅ All payments are encrypted and processed via trusted gateways.

Account & Safety

→ Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

→ Open their profile → Tap “Report” → Select reason.

→ Verified profiles, encrypted data, secure payments, and a dedicated Trust & Safety team.
